So yeah, Jazzlizard is in love. With a beautiful young woman, his major at school, and his job. He works Tech in the auditorium at Umass Dartmouth, and right now is babysitting as members of the 20 Cent Theater Company disassemble a set piece from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. He worked nearly 50 hours from last Sunday to this previous one, but enjoyed nearly every minute of it. He's drawing plenty such as this lovely Xain and building crazy things such as this Waaritech for his Senior Degree project, but not uploading much, 'cause he's oh-so busy with Media Techniques II and Illustration IV. Never fear, tho, for he shall be uploading plenty, relatively soon! He's also been with his lovely girlfriend for nearly 5 months now and things couldn't be better! Well...he has mentioned wishing she could shoot beams of hyperchaeotons out of her eyes, but that can always be resolved with some serious ocular implants...

Well...a few nights ago, I had a nightmare.
I often get what could be considered "nightmares", scary dreams, that I find ridiculously amusing and entertaining. But this was different. It felt so horrifyingly real, so bone-chillingly detailed, that I lay awake for the rest of the night terrified out of my mind. I would close my eyes for a moment, and see it, utter and total blackness, the abyss of space, with a minuscule speck of light aloft in the center of it.

I had compressed the entire universe down into a singularity, and then folded it over on itself.

And It felt, to me, looking down on it, that I had actually done it. That which frightened me the most was the fact that I couldn't undo it, no matter how hard I tried. I pulled some atoms off, and they just snapped back into place due to the inconceivably strong gravitational pull. It scared me, last night, talking to one of my friends about it, because it felt so real. The only other time I've felt this way was when I was maybe 11 or 12, and had a very high fever, resulting in some intensely surreal hallucinations. This was just too real of an experience for me.

So yeah, I'm sorry for compressing you all down to sub-atomic particles.

PS, the whole girlfriend thing is working out great too.

Well...after scouring the universe in my fleet of battleships, dispatching probe droids and contingents of troops to thousands of habited worlds, I've finally found her.

Yes; Jazzlizard has a girlfriend.
