Pulca Suit

Colonists, mining crews and other civilians who venture into space will often wear lightweight suits to protect themselves in case of sudden partial or full decompression of their vessels. Due to the high risk nature of space exploration, these suits are made to be comfortable and worn at all times. The Pulca suit is one such popular model. It breathes when deactivated, and when active, fully seals its occupant from the vacuum of space. A hood is pulled down over the face, then gloves and sealed socks can be pulled on, if desired. The suit self-contains enough oxygen and power for several minutes of use, and is form-fitting to be worn while putting on an EVA suit if necessary. The suits main use is to escape the atmospheric-deprived area into a safer one. They can also be used in case of fire or smoke flooding, and even rapid ventures into the hard vacuum of space, although this is not recommended.
