Description

Following the conclusion of the Second Psychic War, human psychics were relatively common throughout the colonies. Imperial Executors who survived the war were free to live their lives as they wished, as long as they weren't wanted war criminals and refrained from using their abilities to harm others. Many joined the new militaries of the Felorian and Cave-Grove nations, while countless others settled into lives as common citizens. They married, raised families and took various jobs, often utilizing their powers to aid them at work. Due to the Exponential-Influence effect of psychic abilities quite literally rubbing off on those around them, low-level psychics began developing in and around the colonies that contained psychic residents. In short, if you worked with or were in a relationship with a psychic, and that individual used their abilities around you, the chances are good that you would develop psychic powers as well.

With this phenomenon spreading rapidly throughout the human systems, various academies and institutions were set up to help train psychics in the skilled and safe use of their powers. Entire colony worlds were settled for the sole purpose of focusing and studying psychic abilities, with students and residents from the weakest of their kind to the most powerful. God-like psychics like the legendary 21 and Lucas Jaheem taught their skills to students from across the systems, sharing with them vast secrets from how to manipulate matter on an atomic scale, to moving entire planets. Psychics were trained as doctors, mechanics and engineers and even artists, using their abilities as precisely as one might use a paintbrush or scalpel.

The Picture:
Liina Mutano was a Felorian psychic who trained with 21 on the ice-world of Gersaant. Her final test was to move the planet into a more habitable orbit, close enough to the sun to melt its ice deposits but not boil them off. She succeeded, and the world rapidly transformed into a vast ocean, speckled with mountain ranges and atolls. While she remained friends with her former mentor, Liina decided to stay and help colonize the planet, dragging entire continental plates up from the sea bed to form areas of habitable terrain.

She also likes floating around underwater in her own little private bubble, being naked.
Enjoy!

This artwork reminds me about what are human psychics look like and what they are doing. The artist truly knew how to explain many details about his content's originality and it made a full impact on me. In other words, the content's vision told me that phychics were refrained from using their powers to harm people, and only used them to aid other whenever they needed it. Therefore, I believed that Liina Mutano, a Felorian psychic from the world of Gresaant, was a example of why psychics were a major part for this artwork's main point. The artist told us that she helped her colony by using her abilities to move the planet into the orbit and with her experience with her mentor, she could do anything to help others from impending doom.

In the last part of my review, this artwork is by far the most magnificent for everyone in Deviantart to view. I added it to my collection of favorites. Great job!
